Childcare Center Steward Performs housekeeping and cleaning activities within well established guidelines and assigned areas while also performing light laundry activities ensuring laundry is cleaned and folded.  Makes a clean and safe environment for staff and children.  Consistently demonstrates a positive approach to assignments and demonstrates positive interaction with others.  Also complies with OSHA Standards and Regulations.  

We require:

  Housekeeping experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Able to safely prepare, use, and store -- under direction -- cleaning solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Good observation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Common sense judgment

  
  

You must also:

• 
  

  Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background check.

  Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  Must be able to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US.

  Must have valid driver’s license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive).
