Jovie Nannies + Sitters, a leading childcare agency, is seeking 3 enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team in Oklahoma City! ** This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

About the Role:

Nurturing Young Learners: Create a safe and stimulating environment for children ages 0-4, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Curriculum Champion: Implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and a love of learning.
Playful Partner: Lead a variety of activities like singing, storytelling, arts & crafts, and outdoor play (weather permitting).
Communication Cornerstone: Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and agency staff to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
Flexible Schedule: Choose your schedule! We offer flexible options: Monday-Friday (8:45 am - 5:45 pm), (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).

The Ideal Candidate has:

Passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development.
Minimum 2 year of experience working with children ages 0-4 with references.
Reliable vehicle, insured and a valid driver's license
Warm, nurturing, and patient with a genuine love for children.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
CPR and First Aid certified (required).
Ability to plan and lead engaging activities for young children.
Willing to go through requirements for Oklahoma to work in a center (we will guide and support you!)
