Childcare Kitchen Cook

Growing Room Opelika is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Cook to join our team! If you love preparing healthy meals and enjoy being part of a fun, child-centered environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

·        Prepare and serve nutritious breakfast and lunch for children ages 6 months to 12 years

·        Ensure meals meet dietary guidelines and accommodate allergies or special needs

·        Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

·        Work closely with daycare staff to support a positive mealtime experience

What We’re Looking For:

·        Experience in food preparation (childcare or school kitchen experience is a plus!)

·        Knowledge of child nutrition and food safety practices

·        Dependable, organized, and able to manage time independently
