You’ll fill in for regular staff, keep learning and play going strong, and work with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in safe, nurturing environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow existing lesson plans and routines


• Supervise and engage children in play-based learning


• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom


• Communicate professionally with center staff and families

What You’ll Need:

• 12+ months experience in a licensed childcare or preschool


• Reliable transportation to travel to centers in Kansas City and nearby cities


• Ability to pass required background checks


• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
