We partner with licensed childcare centers and preschools — you’ll get to work in a variety of classrooms, meet amazing educators, and enjoy the flexibility to fit teaching into your life.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nurturing care and fun, engaging learning experiences


• Follow lesson plans and classroom routines already in place


• Keep children safe and supervised at all times


• Build positive relationships with staff, children, and families


• Adapt quickly to different teaching styles and center cultures

What You’ll Need:

• At least 12 months experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting


• Reliable transportation to travel to centers across Kansas City, MO & KS


• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements


• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
