Teacher Responsibilities

The Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children's learning, growth, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.


• Lead daily classroom routines and activities.


• Encourage children to develop independence, confidence, and positive social skills.


• Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.


• Actively supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being.


• Promote positive behavior and effective classroom management.


• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support children's development.


• Assist with lesson preparation and ensure classroom materials and supplies are ready.


• Support the daily needs of the classroom and contribute to a positive learning experience for every child.
