Our Mental Health Practitioner position offers a structured environment where you can apply your knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and work towards impacting the most pressing social cause of our time– expanding equitable access to mental healthcare.
The Role
This role provides bachelor’s-level professionals with invaluable experience working with children and adolescents in the psychology field. Mental health practitioners are assigned to one or more groups of children ages 3-6, 7-12, or 13-17 and work in a structured group therapy setting. This is a highly collaborative role, integrated with various members of the Clinic's treatment team. Practitioners may also carry a caseload of skills training clients, as assigned.

Compensation
The hiring range for this role is $21.15 - $24.56 per hour depending on qualifications. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Preference will also be given to bilingual candidates, as expanding access for the underserved is an integral part of the clinic’s mission.
