About the Role – Service Technician / Sales Representative

This role blends hands-on service work with professional in-home sales. You’ll inspect and service chimneys and fireplaces while presenting customers with repair, restoration, and upgrade options tailored to their needs. Your mission: make every customer’s home safer, more functional, and more beautiful — and be rewarded for your results.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Customers: Build trust through exceptional service and clear communication.

• Educate & Sell: Present tailored solutions and upgrade opportunities, empowering informed decisions.

• Provide Services: Perform cleanings, inspections, small repairs, and diagnostics with precision.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

• Sales-driven mindset with 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred).

• Mechanically inclined with basic hand/power tool knowledge (preferred but not required).

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
