We are seeking an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our team full-time in a salaried position. This is not your average front desk job. The CA role is the backbone of our clinic operations—supporting the doctors, managing patient interactions, and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be directly involved in patient care, office coordination, and play a critical role in our patient experience and clinic success. You must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others. Individuals must also be outgoing and friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. We are looking for a leader who will be able to embrace our vision and guide our practice toward continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with patient care and education

• Calling and following up with new patient leads

• Maintaining a clean office space

• Verifying insurance and managing documentation

• Managing monthly billing and transactions

• Conducting patient intake consultations (health history, assessments, etc.)

• Assisting with patient care as needed

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Maintaining accurate and updated charts and records

• Greeting every patient with energy and care as the face of our practice

• Experience in customer service or patient care preferred

• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)

• Energetic, driven, and willing to grow with the clinic

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
