Our growing Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Centers is seeking an experienced Chiropractic or medical office assistant, preferably bilingual in Spanish and familiar with front and back-office duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with front office duties and will possess the necessary skills to professionally and courteously greet patients, handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, verify insurance, process necessary paperwork, schedule appointments and various other duties associated with the front office. Attention to detail is a must.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with back-office duties such as knowledge of various treatment modalities, assisting patients with treatments, cleaning, sanitizing, organizing medical supplies used for patient care, effectively acknowledging and relaying any patient information or concerns to the doctors and/or supervision and various other duties associated with the back office.

This employment opportunity will be a split assignment at our Palm Springs and Banning locations. Full time position available.
