 Who You Are:

• A people-person who loves health, fitness, and helping others

• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn clinical and front-desk skills

• Comfortable talking to patients about treatment plans and wellness upgrades

• Motivated to grow with a sports-performance and rehab-focused clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the chiropractor and physical therapist with patient care and therapeutic exercises

• Prepare treatment rooms, manage patient flow, and assist with documentation and scheduling

• Track and report key metrics like new patient leads, conversions, and office KPIs

• Educate patients about our cash-based services and help promote upgrades (dry needling, pulse wave, decompression, assisted stretching, and more)

• Maintain a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk when needed

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, or health-related fields

• Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office is a plus

• Tech-savvy and able to learn EMR and scheduling systems quickly

• Sales experience or confidence discussing value-based services is a big bonus
