Hi, I'm Dr. Brendan!

I’m a former Division 1 athlete, health enthusiast, serial entrepreneur, and chiropractor—and I’m the proud new owner of a revolutionary chiropractic clinic unlike anything Connecticut has seen! 100% Chiropractic Newington is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in corrective care, one of only 125 such clinics nationwide. Our approach is designed to correct structural abnormalities in the spine without the need for pharmaceutical or surgical intervention. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of learning under multiple highly successful and impactful clinics, and I’m eager to apply these insights to my own practice. This new clinic is a key piece of a greater mission to transform the landscape of healthcare in the United States. Having witnessed firsthand the life-changing power of corrective care in other 100% Chiropractic clinics, I’m passionate about bringing this service to my local community.

However, to create the life-changing clinic we envision, I need a strong, dedicated team—this is where you come in. It’s the strength of our team that ultimately shapes the environment and, in turn, changes lives. We’re all individual parts of a much grander picture, and I’m looking for incredible team members who are ready to work hard, be of service, and make a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

· Welcome and assist new patients: Check them in, check them out, and ensure they feel comfortable.

· New patient acquisition:

- Prepare paperwork for new patients prior to their first visit.

- Give new patients a tour of the office, review their medical history, establish connections, and educate them on the chiropractic philosophy.

· Call new patient leads: Reach out to potential patients who have requested an initial appointment or more information.

· Manage communications: Check voicemails and follow up with missed appointments, setting reminders for future visits.

· Verify insurance: Complete Navinet/Availity insurance verifications.

· Assist with financials: Prepare doctor recommendations on an Excel spreadsheet to track patient care plans/financial options.

· Provide laser therapy: Administer laser sessions to patients when required (training provided).

· Complete end-of-day processes: Execute the checkout procedure and manage daily cash deposits.

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
