We are looking for a motivated and confident Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Albuquerque, NM. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about Chiropractic, helping others, working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. The incoming chiropractor will assume roles of managing existing and new patients, joining our team of doctors, and will work directly with the marketing staff for new patient flow and community engagement.

Duties:

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal conditions of the body with a focus on biomechanical movement
Review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, wellness and preventative care, and benefits of continued chiropractic care. Motivate patients to achieve overall wellness through mind-body connections.
Chiropractic Care -adjustments, Diversified and Gonstead adjusting, various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) in our EHR
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Provide follow-up support for patients either in person, by phone.
Participate in team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
Report to lead doctor any opportunities for growth & development
Participate in leadership development meeting
Participate in daily zoom meetings
Perform to meet the departments key performance indicators with excellence

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in NM

Schedule:

Full time (Mon-Friday)

Salary (range):

$75,000-$100,000

Benefits:

Bonus Compensation- Commission structure
PTO/Vacation (3 weeks)
