Job Description - Chiropractor Joliet IL

Chiropractor Joliet IL (30 miles SW of Chicago)
$95k-$105k per year
32 hr work week (Mon-Friday)
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Joliet, IL (30 miles SW of Chicago). We are seeking a Chiropractor who is driven to help others and is a team player with fantastic adjusting skills. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has previous office management experience, with needling or acupuncture ability a plus, to serve as our head clinician at our chiropractic and rehab office. As a head clinician at a standalone office, we will train on all functions of the office. We have an excellent team in place with a dedicated administrative staff and therapy assistant. 32 hour patient/clinical time with additional charting hours built into the work week for a great work life balance!

Our office provides Acute and Chronic care, as well as Wellness, Pre/post-surgical care, and Sports rehabilitation to patients within the community of Joliet. Our office has been proudly serving the community for over 25 years! Our excellent team works hard to bring our patients an improved quality of life, helping them reach their health and wellness goals and we are committed to providing well rounded physical solutions to address our patients unique needs, whether they are experiencing back pain, neck pain, headaches, or sports injuries.
Duties:

Patient evaluations- Physical Exam, medical history, review pertinent records/imaging/reports
Take and review diagnostic imaging/x-rays
Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
Patient education re: care plans
Supervise therapy assistants while they perform therapeutic exercises
Chiropractic care - Diversified, Instrument adjusting, IASTM, Cupping , Needling, Kinesiotaping, dry needling/acupuncture (if trained)
Staff management and Collaboration with the other providers and staff
Community involvement and brand promotion. Social media posting a plus.
Documentation
Patient reexams/evaluations
Staff and clinic management

Requirements:

Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in IL
Previous office management a plus
Needling or acupuncture ability a plus

Schedule:

32-hour patient/clinical time per week (Mon-Friday with shortened hours on Tuesdays/Fridays)
