Total compensation of ~$95k
We are looking for a dedicated and patient care motivated Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team full time in Leominster MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor who values mentorship, structured systems, and long-term growth within a collaborative medical environment. The ideal candidate is confident in clinical decision-making, committed to patient retention and care plan compliance, and interested in building a stable long-term career in Massachusetts. Must be growth-oriented and team-focused and interested in long-term stability with potential future leadership opportunities.

We are a multidisciplinary practice based in Leominster, focused on comprehensive musculoskeletal care, spine health, and advanced non-surgical treatment options. Our model integrates chiropractic care with medical oversight to provide patients with structured, evidence-informed treatment plans. We are a growth-oriented practice committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and long-term outcomes. We have a fantastic patient base that we care for within our integrated medical model with strong referral pathways.

Responsbiltiies:

Perform chiropractic examinations and re-examinations
Review all necessary results/testing/imaging
Formulate diagnosis and develop/present care plans
Deliver chiropractic adjustments (Diversified preferred; additional techniques welcome)
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting
Support patient education and long-term treatment outcomes
Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with compliance standards

Requirements:

Graduation from an Accredited Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractor Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts

Schedule:

Full time (Mon-Friday)

Salary:

$81+ yearly with potential for weekly bonuses averaging ~$13k annually for total compensation of ~$95k
