Christ Covenant Institute

Our four intensive programs are designed to fully immerse participants in the life of the church, equipping both men and women for biblically faithful service.

• College Internship – Experience ministry during the summer. (2 months, internship)
• Ministry Cohort – Discern your calling to church ministry. (10 months, part-time)
• Apprenticeship – Develop your calling, earn seminary credit, and gain valuable hands-on experience. (2 years, full-time)
• Church Planting Residency – Prepare to plant a church. (1 year, full-time)

Apprenticeship Description: The average time spent per week for Christ Covenant Apprentice is 40-50 hours.

• Phase 1 - Apply (10-15 minutes questionnaire to collect more detailed employment information)

• Phase 2 - Ministry Assessment (~60 minute questionnaire covering topics related to being a ministry worker)
  • Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent an email with a link to complete your Ministry Assessment.
• Phase 3 - Local Interview
  • An interview will be conducted by your local leadership. They will reach out to you to schedule.
