Christian Mental Health Counselor Couples Specialist

We are seeking a Christ-centered therapist who specializes in couples therapy.

This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in St. Augustine, FL.

Required:

• Active FL license: LMHC or LMFT (preferred) or Registered Intern pursuing LMHC
• Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
• Experienced and passionate about working with couples
• Believe in Cornerstone’s Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.

Preferred:

• Training in Emotionally Focus Therapy or Gottman Method
• Expertise in treating compulsive sexual behavior and addiction from a clinical and biblical framework

Your Commitment:

• Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 11am–1pm ET)
• Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
• Maintain a caseload of 20–24 clients/week (60% schedule utilization minimum)
• Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
• Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)

• Commission pay: $70-$107/hour (licensed), $50-$56/hour (unlicensed)
