Job Title: Breaker/Floater Christian Preschool Teacher

Location: Tustin CA

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Breaker/Floater Teacher to join our team. This role provides classroom coverage during teacher breaks, planning times, and staff absences. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children’s growth through Christian values.

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom coverage for teachers during breaks, planning periods, and absences.

Assist with daily routines including circle time, activities, meals, and outdoor play.

Support classroom management and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Incorporate Christian values and prayer into daily interactions and activities.

Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and school policies.

Qualifications:

At lease 12 Early Childhood Education units.

Experience working with preschool-aged children (0–5 years).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible and willing to assist in multiple classrooms.

Committed to Christian values and sharing God’s love with children.

Must meet state childcare licensing requirements (fingerprint clearance, health screening, CPR/First Aid, etc.).

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time available

Monday–Friday schedule
