Overview:

VIP Holiday Photos is hiring an Area Coach to help lead the magic of the Christmas season! This is a seasonal leadership role perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, love mentoring teams, and want to be part of something joyful and memorable.

What You’ll Do:

As an Area Coach, you’ll oversee 2–4 mall photo set locations, supporting Site Managers and seasonal staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences with Santa. You’ll be the go-to for troubleshooting, coaching, and ensuring each location meets VIP standards.

Supervise daily operations across assigned malls during the Christmas season

Support Site Managers with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily deposit tracking

Conduct on-site visits to coach teams, resolve issues, and reinforce training

Monitor compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards

Communicate regularly with the District/Regional Manager to report progress, challenges, and wins

Step in to assist with photo set operations when needed—lead by example!

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: Salary $6,000 to $7,000 for the whole promotion

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience managing multiple retail or event locations preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to motivate and support teams

Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between assigned malls

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak holiday hours

A festive spirit and commitment to creating magical guest experiences!
