Renaissance Management Company is hiring a Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse for our onsite clinic in Geneva, IL. This role exists to deliver safe, consistent dialysis care and steady clinical oversight for patients who rely on a trusted team.

Key responsibilities include providing dialysis treatments, performing patient care assessments, monitoring patient status during therapy, and documenting accurately while partnering with the interdisciplinary team.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Active RN license; current CPR
- Prior dialysis/renal nursing experience
- Strong patient care skills including cannulation and phlebotomy

How Your Shift Flows

You’ll work onsite in Geneva with schedule options that fit real life: three 12-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, with AM and PM coverage. Expect a steady rhythm—prepping the floor, coordinating with teammates, staying close to patients throughout their time in the clinic, and wrapping up with clear notes and a smooth handoff so the next shift starts strong.
