Job Description - Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - $75k to $93k

Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - $75k to $93k

Milwaukee, WI

Previous Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting -

1+ year of strong Chronic Dialysis experience - Required

Oversee a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up with one of the largest dialysis service providers in the US. This role is all about the relationships and bonds you will create with patients and their families. Provide quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced state of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

- Starting salaries for experienced staff are above the industry standard

- Annual raises are significantly above the industry standard with no salary cap

- Most recent dialysis experience is recognized to calculate paid time off accrual

- Thorough and ongoing staff training

Compensation and Benefits

- $75k to $93k

Schedule

- Monday-Saturday; 10 hour days

- 40 hours guaranteed

- Weekends and Call to be discussed during the interview

Requirements
- 1+ year of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume - Required
- Previous Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting -

- FMC and EMR abilities - Required
- BLS Certification

- Wisconsin or Compact License
