Location: Circle K Aberdeen, SD
Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: 5:00am to 2:00pm, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

As a Team Member at Circle K, you are the face of the store and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with South Dakota laws, including those related to alcohol sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with purchases and answer product-related questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Store Operations

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Receive and verify deliveries.

Alcohol Sales

• Verify age and ID for all alcohol purchases.
• Follow state and company policies regarding alcohol handling and sales.
• Maintain secure storage and accurate inventory of alcohol products.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.

Team Collaboration

• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support store promotions and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (required for alcohol sales).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
