OR Circulating RN – 4 Week Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shifts
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
Facility Type: Ambulatory Surgery Center

Contract Length: 4 weeks with potential for extension

Patient Population: Adults
Specialties: Thoracic, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics (Joints, General, Arthroscopy), ENT (Otorhinolaryngology), Dentistry

Job Description:
Aura Staffing Partners is currently seeking an experienced OR Circulating Registered Nurse for a 4-week contract at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is ideal for an RN with strong OR experience and a commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the circulating nurse in a variety of surgical procedures

Ensure all equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly prior to procedures

Maintain sterile environment and enforce infection control standards

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs

Monitor patient status and safety during procedures

Accurately document patient information and surgical activities

Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and transport

Maintain clear communication with the surgical team throughout the procedure

Provide post-operative care support as needed

Requirements:

Active Colorado RN license

Minimum 2 years of recent OR circulating experience

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
