About the Position

At Northbrook Public Library, we’re looking for a kind, organized, and communicative Circulation Supervisor with a focus on shelving to lead a hardworking, collaborative team. Our department thrives on mutual respect, shared goals, and a welcoming work environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their strengths to the table. Strong organizations skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different communication and work styles are key. Supervisory experience is preferred, and familiarity with tools like Polaris LEAP, Google Workspace, and library systems will serve you well.

This is a people-focused role where your leadership directly impacts the service we provide to our community. You’ll be part of a team that values autonomy, teamwork, and consistent communication.
