Cisco Contact Center Enterprise

• Associate Degree in Science or Professional experience
  
• 2 years + hands on experience with Cisco related communications products
  
• Administer and maintain Cisco Call Manager and related hardware experience
  
• Administer and maintain Unity voice mailbox experience
  
• Administer and maintain Cisco Contact Center Enterprise suite experience
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong Cisco CUCM/Unity Connection administration - telephone and voicemail systems
  
• Cisco CUCM 12.x+ experience
  
• Cisco Unity connection 12.x+ experience
  
• Experience programming associated with moves, adds, and changes
  
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. 
  

• Intermediate technical level support to client requests for emergency, routine and remedial maintenance of complex telecommunications equipment and circuits
  
• Troubleshoot Cisco software and telecom systems via available logging
  
• Supports the development, design, installation and maintenance of internal and external client networks
