is seeking a

Unified Communications Specialist

to support our customer (DISA).

This position requires you to be on-site at our client's facility in San Antonio, Texas.

The Unified Communications

Specialist

will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all telephone systems and services. This specialist needs to be able to work in a 24/7 shift work environment.

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Responsibilities of the Unified Communications Specialist:
•Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues/solutions.
•Maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, call managers, VTC's, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.
•Identify, recommend, and implement simple solutions for smooth continuing operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.

Qualifications of the Unified Communications Specialist:
•Active Secret Clearance.
•Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.
•Must hold Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) prior to start date.

Compensation for the Unified Communications Specialist:
•Salary Range: $30-45 / hourly Based on experience.
•Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
•Contract mobility and job stability - Fully funded through 2030.
