Job Description - Citation Ultra / Bravo First Officer

Position Overview:
FlyUSA is seeking a professional and safety-minded First Officer to join our growing team, operating the Citation Ultra & Bravo (CE-500 series) under Part 135. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the flight experience.

Location: Tampa, Florida (KTPA)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Citation Ultra safely and efficiently under Part 135 flight operations.
Collaborate with the Captain to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Participate in pre- and post-flight inspections, flight planning, and documentation procedures.
Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Total Time: 1,000 hours
Total PIC Time: 500 hours
Multi-Engine PIC Time: 200 hours
1st Class FAA Medical Certificate
FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s License
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Strong customer service orientation and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Turbine Time: 250 hours or more
Experience in CE-500 series aircraft or other Citation variants
Previous Part 135 flight experience

Compensation:

Schedule: Full-time position only; 8/6
