New CDL holders are welcome to apply! Training is provided for CDL holders with a passenger endorsement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate city buses along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Engage with passengers, providing top-notch customer service and assistance as needed.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle, ensuring it's always in excellent condition.
• Accurately maintain records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents that may occur.
• Stay calm and flexible in the face of unexpected changes in traffic or route alterations, while keeping passengers informed.
• Collaborate with your team and dispatch to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance both your driving skills and customer service techniques.

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement.
• Excellent knowledge of city traffic laws, safety regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to connect with passengers and address their inquiries.
• Ability to manage diverse passenger needs and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and manage paperwork accurately.
• A proactive attitude toward safety and customer service, ensuring a pleasant journey for everyone.

• $24.00 per hour with overtime opportunities
• Full-time, year-round work with stable scheduling
• Shifts may start as early as 5 AM and end as late as 11 PM
