Your Responsibilities

• 
  Have knowledge of assigned project’s schedule and scope of work.


• 
  Be prepared and have all tools, supplies, materials, manpower, equipment, trucking to complete the next day’s activities.


• 
  Develop work schedule for upcoming weeks.


• 
  Lead and direct the crew.


• 
  Prepare daily documentation (Heavy Job).


• 
  Work with PM’s/Superintendent on issues.


• 
  Understand the schedule, contract, job scope, codes, expected production rates, material sources, truck routes and budget for assigned jobs.


• 
  Responsible for all actions of the crew.


• 
  Be a team player.


• 
  Be professional and set an example for others to follow.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Understands and reviews work scope, estimates, project scheduling, personnel and equipment needs.


• Has functioning knowledge and understanding of civil construction, including constructability of all phases of construction.


• Have a functional understanding of HCSS, Heavy Job.


• 
  Shall be trained and have certifications in CESCL, Driver’s license, TWIC, RSO, site specific training/badging where we are working, first aid/CPR, confined space, rigging, trenching, fall protection.


• At least 5 years of field experience, and 3 years serving in foreman role.
