Position Available: Laborer
Collins & Sons Excavating is currently seeking a motivated Laborer to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued success with a company that values integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Assist equipment operators and other skilled labor as needed.
Lay pipe accurately and efficiently.
Perform all phases of construction including loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of construction materials and equipment.
Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
Hand dig using shovels and mechanical tools.
Remove, fill, or compact earth as necessary.
Follow instructions from supervisors and site leads.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with on-the-job training.
Perform general site clean-up duties.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Type:

Full-time, hourly position
