Civil Design Engineer

Our client is a growing, fast-paced engineering company seeking Civil Design Engineers to join their team. Our client is currently working on a multitude of projects including but not limited to, local developers, educational institutions, residential & multi-family properties.

Description:

This is a 100% Design role.

Develop site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of projects that include local developers, educational institutions, and residential & multi-family.

Zoning and Ordinance Review

Site design including layout, grading, soil erosion, and stormwater management.

Design stormwater management compliant with local and State regulations

Permitting and approval process on the local, county and State levels

Manage multiple projects throughout the approval process.

Interact with clients and reviewing engineers to satisfy their requests.

Using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD.

Will need to know how to do slopes analysis, profile development and road corridors, set-up terrains and pipe networks and do grading in AutoCad.

Qualifications:

BS in Civil Engineering

5-10 years of relevant experience in site-civil work
