Civil Engineer (0-5 years experience) - Urgent Hiring

SR3 is currently seeking civil engineers of all levels to join our team. The Civil Engineer's responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities

• Design- Assist in the design and development of preliminary and final plans for land development project of various scales (residential, commercial pad sites, shopping centers, industrial warehouses, etc.) Prepare technical design calculations associated with land development projects including but not limited to stormwater management calculations, sanitary sewer design, pump storm design, etc.
• Site Visits- Visit sites to review existing conditions and/or review ongoing or as-built construction.
• Compliance- Research ordinances, regulations and permitting requirements to secure approvals and compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
• Construction Management- Respond to contractor's RFI (request for Information) during construction.
• Communication- Engineer's with higher level of experience will be expected to engage with Clients, addressing their concerns and relaying project updates, therefore, ensuring a positive Client relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Civil Engineering (required)
• 0-5 years of Civil Engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• FE/EIT/PE certification is preferred but not required.
