About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team focused on designing and managing a wide range of civil engineering projects. This role involves working on stormwater runoff management, grading, septic system design, and more. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to ensure high-quality outcomes from design to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage civil engineering projects with a focus on stormwater runoff, grading, and septic systems.
• Utilize Hydrocad and other industry software for stormwater modeling and design.
• Develop comprehensive civil engineering plan sets, including site grading and drainage plans.
• Oversee and coordinate construction processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to secure project approvals and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hydrocad and other civil engineering design tools.
• Proven experience with stormwater design, grading, and septic system planning.
• Strong understanding of site development procedures and the ability to create full civil engineering plans.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
