NARIK CONSULTING, LLC is a leading engineering consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative and sustainable solutions to complex engineering challenges. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Providence, RI.

As a Civil Engineer at NARIK CONSULTING, LLC, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of engineers and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various civil engineering projects, including site development, transportation, and infrastructure projects
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather relevant data for project planning and design
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and other project deliverables
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet all standards and requirements
• Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project design and delivery processes
• Mentor and train junior engineers and support staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of local and state regulations and codes
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
