Our Client is a construction company delivering civil construction projects from planning through completion.

Position Summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical engineering knowledge with hands-on involvement in construction projects. The Civil Engineer will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects while working closely with project management, field teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Primary Functions

• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements


• Assist with planning and coordination of civil construction projects


• Provide technical support to project managers and field personnel


• Monitor projects for quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications


• Help identify and resolve engineering or field-related challenges


• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners


• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress


• Assist with project documentation, reports, schedules, and related records


• Support projects from the planning stages through completion


• Promote safe, professional, and quality-focused jobsite practices

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline


• Previous civil engineering or construction-related experience


• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and drawings


• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


• Ability to communicate effectively with both office and field teams


• Comfortable working in both office and active construction-site environments


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
