Civil Engineer (4-9 Years)

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to join a dynamic, woman-owned firm in Seattle? LPD Engineering specializes in civil site design, erosion control, utilities, site layout, grading, paving, stormwater management, and infrastructure improvements.

We're seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to contribute to our team of experts. You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, including educational campuses, civic facilities, parks, residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies


• Develop civil site design plans and specifications


• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers


• Oversee construction activities and provide technical support


• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering


• 4-9 years of experience in civil site development


• Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, team members, and stakeholders.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software


• Knowledge of local codes and regulations
