Civil Engineer
Remote Position. Must be a reasonable drive to Pittsburgh, PA

The Role

A hands-on civil engineering position covering the full project lifecycle - from client engagement and proposal development through final design, permitting, and approval. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead land development projects including site grading, stormwater management, and E&S design
Prepare and submit NPDES permit packages, HOPs, and regulatory permit applications
Coordinate with Local, State, and Federal agencies and AHJs through approvals
Attend client, municipal, and contractor meetings and manage project deliverables end-to-end
Perform site due diligence, feasibility assessments, and zoning/ordinance research
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and CAD drawings/schematics
Manage project budgets, invoicing communication, and progress reporting to management

What We Need

Degree in Civil Engineering
EIT Required
Experience in land development, stormwater management, and environmental permitting
Proficiency in CAD software
Strong project management and time management skills across multiple concurrent projects
Excellent communication skills - client-facing and regulatory coordination experience a plus
