Civil Engineer / Estimator – White's Site Development | Orlando, FL

White's Site Development is growing and we're looking for a talented Civil Engineer/Estimator to join our team in Orlando, Florida!

What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for site development projects including grading, utilities, paving, and drainage
Review civil plans, specifications, and bid documents
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Support preconstruction efforts from initial takeoff through bid submission

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in site development estimating
Familiarity with Central Florida permitting and site work standards
Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar)
Strong organizational and communication skills
