Our firm provides civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and environmental services for clients throughout Michigan. Our market segments include community design, governmental and private sector mixed-use, commercial and industrial projects all focusing on sustainability, universal design, and transit forward principles.

About the Role

The Civil Engineer is a collaborative member of the team participating in and leading site engineering, construction engineering, utility design, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all projects with innovative, and resourceful solutions to meet client needs within their budget parameters
• Incorporate low-impact development, and green designs into stormwater management systems
• Coordinate with other disciplines including architects, landscape architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and planners 
• Manage technical design in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Manage client relationships

About You

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with HydroCAD a plus 
• Relevant experience as a Professional Engineer required
• PE license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
