We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Transportation Engineer to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Transportation and FDOT design projects while building your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to the development of detailed roadway designs and project plans.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create technically complex design plans and reports.
• Research and provide cost estimates for projects.
• Ensure designs comply with government regulations and ordinances.
• Propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures as part of a broader team effort.
• Perform basic design tasks and coordinate with technicians or administrative staff.
• Interact with staff, clients, officials, and contractors, maintaining clear communication.

What you'll need:

• EIT license in Florida (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
• Hands-on experience with FDOT design projects and roadway plans production.
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bluebeam
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential, as is the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
