Civil Engineer - with Growth Opportunities

A national, top rated, cutting-edge engineering and design firm located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team of industry leaders!!

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience- preferably in site design.
• PE Licensure in the state of Texas is required.
• Must have experience in site layout, erosion, utility design, grading, and regulatory approvals.
• Must have at least 4 years of management experience to help direct a team to ensure all project deadlines and requirements are met. Must be comfortable is serving as the lead engineer on projects when needed.
• Proficient in Civil3D.
• Must be a team player! Willing to mentor and train younger staff members.
• Strong client communication skills!
• Proficient in maintaining and executing QA/QC plans and reviewing contracts.
