Special Districts Project Manager | ELS

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager overseeing MUDs and special districts. We're looking for a proactive, organized leader to manage engineering, financial, and development efforts for municipal districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of Board reports, meetings, and consultant communications
• Oversee developer reimbursements, bond apps, and financial planning
• Monitor and manage District infrastructure activities
• Serve as PM for District design projects such as utility extensions, detention and drainage rehabilitations, etc.
• Maintain district records, maps, facility inventory
• Review plans for developments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Foster strong relationships with Boards and consultants

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of TAC, TCEQ, TWC rules & water/wastewater systems
• Experience with MUD operations and financials, development process, and capital planning
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Required Qualifications

• Registered professional engineer with ten years design experience in residential, commercial, or industrial land development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
• PE license required, Valid driver’s license
