Civil Engineering Project Manager P.E.

Their services include planning and land use for commercial, residential and industrial properties, design and permitting of water distribution and sewage collection/transmission systems, sewage/drainage pump stations, drainage systems, paving and related work, roadway design, stormwater management studies, and design, feasibility and due diligence studies and construction services. 

Our client is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their Orlando, Florida office. The candidate should have technical and management experience dealing with teams on a variety of projects including production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and financial management. Qualifications: 

• Experience in residential and commercial land development construction plans production 


• Experience with paving, grading & drainage, sewer, plans, hydraulic modeling, design, permitting, and construction management 


• Project management experience such as project analysis, building and construction, critical thinking, financial resource management, listening, material resource management, oral communication, and planning is preferred 


• Florida Professional Engineer license registration 


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development with site civil and/or drainage design experience 


• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must
