🔹 Reports To: Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager
🔹 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

What You'll Do

✔ Create and modify land development plans using AutoCAD Civil3D
✔ Design parking layouts, water & sewer mains, grading plans, stormwater management, and more
✔ Ensure designs comply with governmental regulations
✔ Work efficiently to meet budgets and schedules
✔ Contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven office culture

What You Need to Succeed

🎓 Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required (Associate’s in Civil Engineering preferred)


• 1+ years of relevant land development experience


• CAD certifications a plus

💻 Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D


• Microsoft Office Suite


• Familiarity with Ajera or similar expense/timesheet software

🏢 Work Environment & Schedule:

• Office-based position in Arden, NC


• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM


• Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Early start to the weekend! 🎉)
