Are you an engineer with great experience in water delivery systems? Do you enjoy what you do and now want to move to the next level in your career? If so, than this may be for you.

This expanding US firm is looking for a senior level civil engineer for their Dallas/Fort Worth Area office.

The office serves clients throughout Texas, and some of the surrounding states. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked on water projects throughout their career

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

--Work with other team members on proposals for new projects.
--Involve and lead business development efforts as related to water delivery and waste water systems.
--Review plans and designs from junior engineers.
--Conduct feasibility studies for ongoing projects.
--Be involved in the hiring of additional engineering personnel as required.

Desired skills and abilities:
--Experienced in the design of water conveyance systems such as pipelines, pump stations, mains, etc.
--Knowledgeable about state and Federal codes as required for the conveyance of water.
--Expertise in easements, pipeline construction, and other related construction matters for water delivery.
--Experienced in business development;
--Proposal writing
--Bid preparation
--Subcontractor negotiation.

Education and licensing
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Texas PE Required

Additional information
This candidate must be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Relocation is not being offered for this position. Candidates not in this geographic area will not be considered. PE is a mandatory requirement. No sponsorship available.
