Job Description - Civil Litigation Attorney

Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®), a comprehensive receivables management company, incorporated in Kansas, serving clients locally and nationwide, is seeking two energetic and organized Attorneys to join our team:

One position requires previous experience in the civil litigation field.

The other position will be entry level, licensing is not required upon application or hire, but must be obtained within 6 months. ARSI® offers paid time off to study for the bar exam for those not yet licensed.

New hire class starts 06/24/2025!

Responsibilities:

Be Responsive
Report to Chief Operating Officer, employee activity and departmental issues
Provide leadership
Be a daily source of knowledge for employees
Motivate employees
Represent mutual clients in civil lawsuits for collection of money due
Be responsible for all specified duties assigned
