Note:
Active admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Civil litigation experience is preferred, particularly 3+ years, but we are open to both newer attorneys and experienced litigators who are a strong fit.

Job Description
- Handle civil litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Participate in discovery, case strategy, negotiations, hearings, and court appearances as appropriate to experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
- Analyze legal and factual issues and develop practical strategies for resolving disputes.
- Manage deadlines, case files, and assigned matters with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across the firm.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Bar admission required.
- Civil litigation experience preferred, with 3+ years especially desirable.
- Newer and more senior attorneys are encouraged to apply.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Newark.

- Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 0 to 2 years: $80,000 to $110,000;
- 3 to 5 years: $110,000 to $160,000;
- 6 to 9 years: $160,000 to $220,000;
- 10+ years: $220,000 to $300,000.
