Civil Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Civil Project Manager to oversee residential land development projects in St. Charles, MO, from initial planning and design through construction completion. This full-time position emphasizes technical oversight, project coordination, and clear client communication, ensuring that residential civil engineering projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will manage multiple residential development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility designs, while collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and municipal agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential site development projects in St. Charles, MO, managing grading, drainage, and utility design efforts.
• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and technical resources across multiple residential developments.
• Review and approve civil plans, reports, and other technical documentation.
