Civil Project Manager (Residential Design)

We’re hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead residential land development design projects from concept through permitting. This is a hands-on civil design PM role—not a general construction PM position.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential civil design projects from concept through approvals
• Coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design plans
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and reviewing agencies
• Track schedules, deliverables, and design milestones
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements

• Direct experience managing residential civil engineering design projects
• Strong understanding of land development, site design, and permitting
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven communication
