Civil Site Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan/coordinate technical aspects of civil site projects
  


• Main contact for clients, project teams and contractors
  


• Lead civil site projects (general design of site, utility and grading improvements)
  


• Projects include the design of parking lot layouts, sidewalks (ADA compliant), building utility coordination, site grading and erosion/sediment controls
  


• Use technical expertise to identify and resolve problems
  


• Mentor junior staff
  


• As part of a professional team, develop site civil engineering plans, reports and specifications for multiple land development projects
  


• Build/maintain client relationships
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  


• 5+ years of experience
  


• PE License
  


• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
  


• Knowledge of civil site\-related technical design in land/site development
  


• Occasional travel to job site may be required
